We have launched our new medium- and long-term business Plan from fiscal year of 2024. The business Plan, “Road to 100th anniversary: Embracing new challenges” looks ahead to the fiscal year of 2030.
We will realize significant growth as a Prime Market-listed company through fundamental reform by embracing three challenges by our 100th anniversary in 2037. The three challenges comprise: "Increasing the tenacity of our construction business" to break free from a competitive environment, "Enhancing our highly profitable portfolio" by entering the civil engineering and real estate markets, and "Bringing the foundations of our business into the next generation" by reforming our business foundation.

My motto as President and Representative Director is expressed by three key words: "Growth", "Advantage" and "Challenge". We will not be satisfied with the status quo, but we will continue to grow. We will have advantages to be chosen. We will cultivate a culture of challenge without fear of change. I will work with determination.
