Personal Information Protection Policy

Daisue Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes the importance of protecting Personal Information and believes that it is its social responsibility to manage Personal Information appropriately.   2. When handling Personal Information, the Company shall take the necessary measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage, and to manage Personal Information appropriately.
  3. When the Company outsources the processing of Personal Information, it shall take the necessary measures to protect the Personal Information.
5. Disclosure of Personal Information
  1. When an individual requests disclosure or correction of his or her Personal Information, the Company shall, as a general principle, comply with this request.
  2. When an individual does not permit the Company to use or provide his or her Personal Information, the Company shall, as a general principle, comply with this request.
  3. The Company shall establish a contact window for the handling of Personal Information, and if an individual has a complaint about the handling of his or her Personal Information, the Company shall respond appropriately and promptly.
